Fees are payable by the last working day prior to the first day of the course. The course fee is inclusive of the course, and a comprehensive set of course materials. Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing for a full refund of fees up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. Delegates cancelling after this date are responsible for payment of the standard course fee. To be eligible for the early bird discounted fee, payment must be received 30 days or more prior to the scheduled course commencement. Should the early bird fee not be received by this time, the standard fee becomes payable. To be eligible for a 10% group discount, three or more delegates must be registered from the same organisation at the same time to the same course. The early bird and group discounts may not be used in conjunction with each other. Substitutions of delegates are welcome at any time. Fees are fully refundable should Project Performance International find it necessary to cancel a course. Refund of fees is the full extent of Project Performance International’s liability in these circumstances. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt. Interest is payable on overdue accounts at the rate of 0.08% per day. PPI reserves the right to refuse or rescind any registration where it cannot confirm that the registration is primarily for a bonafide learning purpose. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in course material remain with Project Performance (Australia) Pty Ltd (PPA). The client acquires an irrevocable perpetual license to use the course materials for individual reference purposes but not for the formal training of others. By submitting this registration form, you are accepting the offer of training made by Project Performance International, including the above conditions.
For physical course deliveries, registrants are advised to consider their obligation before making non-refundable commitments to hotel bookings and airfares. Although cancellation of a course is unusual, the possibility does exist.
Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property Rights in the training materials, training delivery methods and the verbal statements made by training facilitators in delivering training online are, and remain, the intellectual property of Project Performance (Australia) Pty Ltd trading as Project Performance International or its licensors, whether or not adapted, written for or customised for the client for the online training.
You and each other delegate covered by the registration are authorized to make one physical printed copy of all courseware for personal use during the course and for future reference.
Except as specifically authorised on individual items, or as agreed in writing by Project Performance International, you and each other delegate covered by the registration are not authorized to:
(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the training materials without prior written permission, except that you may make notes for personal use regarding the subject matter of the training;
(ii) record on video or audio media, relay by videophone or other means the online training given;
(iii) use the training materials in the provision of any other course or formatting training;
(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Project Performance (Australia) Pty Ltd trading as Project Performance International that is on the training materials. You are not authorized to use the training materials for delivery of training for profit.
Your use of the Intellectual Property in the training materials, training delivery methods and the verbal statements made by training facilitators is subject to the intellectual property laws of your own country, and of other jurisdictions, with penalties applying for infringement. Civil penalties also apply in many jurisdictions.
Project Performance International exists to improve the world through systems engineering. We are happy to discuss arrangements with clients for less restrictive use of our intellectual property on a case-by-case basis. Many such agreements are in place.

This offer is provided by Project Performance International (PPI). So confident is PPI in the value of our training that we offer in our marketing a money-back guarantee. This guarantee applies only to the open-registration training designated in our marketing, and applies only to training for which the person taking the training has been fully in attendance for the duration of the training. To avoid exploitation, this guarantee does not apply to groups from the same organisation. If we ever get a money-back request under this guarantee, we will seek information from the training participant that feeds into our program of continuous improvement, but the guarantee itself is on a “no-questions-asked” basis.
